Summary:

Told from the perspectives of eight different Pacific Island cultures, directed by eight different female Pacific filmmakers, and starring eight different indigenous actresses as the title character, this portmanteau film about female empowerment tells the story of one fictitious woman's life in eight separate vignettes, each segment advancing a decade or so forward, deploying a single continuous shot where possible.
